are words more powerful than actions? in some cases, only war can resolve an issue. peace treaties or the like are overruled most of the time.
and words don't have the power to express everything. there are situations or feelings or whatever that are too complex to be summed up into neat little sentences. neither are words all-powerful in describing something. for example, a sight leaving you speechless whether positively or negatively.
on the other hand, physical injury hurts maybe leaves a scar but discouraging words could affect one's self esteem for life. like emotional scarring. and people are inspired by speeches, like that i have a dream speech by some ass from america a long time ago.
but most of the time people would choose words before actions to resolve an issue; drastic actions are only called for when they are left with no other option. thus words and actions cannot be compared to say one is more powerful than the other. instead both have to used when appropriate.
